Depositing and Withdrawing Funds
Whenever you deposit funds to buy someone's products, or when you withdraw your earned funds to your chosen Payment Gateway/Bank, you will be charged a fee to do this. Depending on the Payment Gateway that you've selected will depend on the charge. For example, if you choose PayPal to fund your account, it will be a bit more than if you chose to do a Bank Transfer. If you choose PayPal, we will add a 20% Deposit Fee of the total amount you want to deposit. However, if you choose Bank Transfer, we will charge a lower fee of 15% - so why not use our secure bank transfer service?You can also use your Debit/Credit Card to pay for items using the Stripe Payment Gateway - simply visit the Deposit Funds section to add funds to your account. You can then use your balance to buy anything on the Furrcode Marketplace.
Withdrawing funds to your chosen account (Bank Account, PayPal or other Payment Account) is entirely free. We have included two fields when asking users to provide their account information, this is to double-check that the information you've entered is correct and that we're sending the funds to the right place!
