Support can be available for some products. It's where Creators can choose to help their customers with problems with their product regarding installation or troubleshooting in relation to the item. It does not cover custom work that requires the time of the Creator to an extent whereby it is outside of the scope of the original product. E.g a Creator will help you with installing a Wordpress Theme and any issues surrounding compatibility, but for changes or improvements to the product itself, that is something for the Creator to decide how they can work with you on that. It does not guarantee for a Creator to assist customers with every aspect of your project. 

You may notice an option to extend support to 12 months. Prior to purchasing, you can save in the long term if a Creator has given you the option to save a certain amount via a percentage, but only if you buy the product and extended support at the same time. Once your support has expired, you could either buy another product or contact the Creator to see if they will assist you, though in some cases this may include a fee.
